The Newsboy's song "God's Not Dead (Roaring Like A Lion)" reached #1 and they had a party to celebrate. But the song stereotypes lions as merely beasts that roar, but they're so much more.

This is where Wally first tapped in to his inner lion.

Wally's Roaring Like A Lion Posted by Alyssa on June 21, 2012 @ 09:45 AM

Walley,
Thanks for making me laugh with the video. My dad is going through some intense medical issues and life has been hard. But the video make me genuinely laugh and I appreciate it. That poor UPS man...at least he had a story for his family at dinner that night.

Thank you Posted by Naomi on June 21, 2012 @ 05:01 PM

I never knew I could have so much fun living for Christ. Being raised as a puertorican pastors daughter (extreamly strict) I never had God in my life (believe it or not), now he is in my life as well as my husband and we are having a blast. Thank you for keeping it real. God is great and has a great sense of humor...who else could put up with us.

Wally,

I'm so glad you brought this up in your show today. As a single mom, I feel like I am constantly apologizing to my 4.5 year old daughter Addie. Mornings are the hardest at our house where everything is rushed before dropping Addie off at preschool and going to work even though I don't have a set time for either. I expect soooo much out of her and have no grounds to do so since I don't have much (if any) experience with children that age.

I had the same situation with trying to teach her how to ride a bike... everytime the bike would tip she would bail off and I would get frustrated because she was whining (the whining just drives me nuts!) and she is not even 5! I am a spitting image of my dad who drove me to tears on too many occasions for not automatically knowing something.

Praise God for his grace and forgiveness! Even though I may be a bit stricter than you, it still is encouraging to hear other people have similiar frustrations with parenting.

Love your show!

Wally, I laughed so hard my sides are still hurting when I watched this. I wondered what was going through that UPS man's mind. My mom laughed too when I showed her, and I couldn't stop laughing because it was so so funny. Thanks so much for making me laugh and for being a great Christain guy.
