I totally agree with what others have said. One point that hasn't been touched on is.....she is not responsible for what has happened to her. She is blaming herself for her parents problems and is feeling guilty. She IS THE VICTOM of some terrible things. I believe God not only had Mike Chairs song on the radio at just the right time, but He also was the voice inside of her that told her to stop using drugs and prompted her to write to you. He's speaking to her all the time.......the more she listens, I feel the louder His voice will be to her. I feel so bad that no one is her life has gotten her into counceling for all this. God does have an amazing plan for her.......who knows.....she could be the one to help others who have or are going through what she has. Only God knows that. Blessings to her and to all of you for what you do. You guys really do make a difference in so many people's lives!

Wally I have just one thing to say to her. It is not your fault that your parents marriage is over it is her fathers for doing what he did. she did the right thing to tell her pastor. I also would like to tell her just like Mikes chiar also says in another song she is someone worth dying for, because she is speacial.

I have an hour and 45min drive sometimes to work and the same back everyday. Thank you for always making me smile or laugh. You will never know how much hat means to me, through this very difficult time of my life. Thank you.

When I hear the letter of this girl my heart cried, I had been sexual abuse by my father, and my daughter too by other man. I can say that I learn to survive with that pain and I never told anyone nor my daughter, I had to be strong and continue with my life, I never told my father to stop, I was intimidated. Two years and a half ago my daughter overdose her self and I did not know why, she make up something else, and she had an Psicology, she never open up, but last year in June she overdose herself again and I saw scars that she have in her arms, legs and belly, it was very difficult to know that my daughter had been sexually abuse. She was diagnosed with depression and she is been treated with a Psiquiatric, I had to tell her my story for her to be open to me.
I found out a program that is call "Trees of Hope" and "Bloom", that is for woman that has been sexually abuse, is a support group at Calvary Chapel, my home church. The "Trees of hope" is for adult woman, and "Bloom" is for teenagers, is a 12 week program that changes your life, you learn that it is hope and that GOD love you no matter what. Bloom is a branch of Trees of Hope, this program is about healing the wounds of sexual abuse and is faith base.
I am doing myself this program and is been so good so far, my daughter is going to start Bloom soon, we are going to be heal together and I know that GOD is with us.
As a mom I pray for you because is like I been living the suffering of my daughter, please know that GOD love you so much and that HE has a plan for you, to heal you and give back your dignity and purity. Open your heart to HIM and let GOD direct your path, always trust that He will restore you, HE is a good GOD that want you to experience to the fully HIs love. My hope and prayer is that you go to this program and that you experience GOD love for you, remember that you are HIS daughter.
